Congratulations to °µÍø½ûÇø DC’s own Tevera Stith for being awarded the °µÍø½ûÇø Through College & Career Excellence in Leadership Award at °µÍø½ûÇø School Summit 2017!
The Excellence in Leadership award recognizes one °µÍø½ûÇø Through College & Career counselor in the °µÍø½ûÇø network that embodies the ideals of the °µÍø½ûÇø Through College & Career Program. Under Tevera’s leadership, °µÍø½ûÇø DC has grown exponentially. The Class of 2016 has one of the highest Estimated College Completion rates for a graduating class, as well as one of the highest matching rates in the °µÍø½ûÇø network.
This is a result of her tremendous vision and guidance in shaping °µÍø½ûÇø DC’s college counseling, college partnerships, persistence and career practices over the past six years for the more than 2,500 °µÍø½ûÇø DC students and alumni.
